Governor's Volunteer Stars Award
The Governor’s Volunteer Stars Awards (GVSA) is an annual event that honors the efforts of volunteers from across Tennessee. Each year one adult and one youth are selected to receive this prestigious award in recognition of their exemplary volunteer service in the county.
Wilson County honors and recognizes ALL nominees as we realize this is a great way to honor our volunteers and open doors for others to get involved in volunteer efforts.
If you know an outstanding volunteer in your community, we want to hear about them.

Applications are accepted year-round with selections determined each fall.
